About the panel:
Divya Divakaran is a Strategic HR Leader with over 18 years of progressive HR experience. Known for her expertise in fostering inclusive and collaborative work environments, Divya has a proven track record of implementing strategies that enhance team cohesion and drive performance. Currently serving as a Director of HR at EVS, Inc, Divya leads initiatives focused on Talent acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Talent Development. Her innovative approach to leadership learning and development has transformed team dynamics, fostering an atmosphere where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best work. Passionate about giving back to the community, Divya is an active volunteer, supporting various non-profit organizations. Her commitment to professional excellence and personal integrity has earned her recognition as a thought leader in her field.

Dieneria Brown is an employee experience focused Human Resources executive with experience in the for-profit and non-profit space. Currently, Dieneria is the Director of People and Culture at PushBlack. Dieneria is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Dieneria holds a Talent Acquisition Speciality Credential from SHRM and Succession Planning & Talent Development certification from Human Capital Institute (HCI).
Nakisha Dixon is a strategic human resources executive with over seventeen years of experience improving organizational effectiveness, maximizing leader and employee potential, and driving positive corporate change with a specialization in private equity and government contracting firms. Formerly the Vice President of Human Resources for Vercara (Neustar Security Services) and the Chief Operating Officer for Virtual Enterprise Architects – she has through experience in designing organizations that attract and retain top employees. She is also a national speaker on various human capital strategy topics (nakishadixon.com).
Daniel Cruz Lattimore is a proud Black, first-generation counseling and consulting psychologist with 15 years of experience in higher education and nonprofit organizations, Daniel brings expertise in facilitation, interpersonal communication, developmental evaluation, strategic decision-making, and identifying strength in community. He earned both a bachelor’s in psychology and a bachelor’s in biomedical sciences from the University of South Florida, followed by a master’s in science in clinical mental health counseling from Marquette University, and a PhD in psychology with a focus on counseling from the University of Memphis.
Prior to establishing Omiyo Consulting LLC, Daniel received postdoctoral training in interprofessional care and organization development at the Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center. In this role, he advocated for and developed solutions that both address the identified problem and empower clients toward intentional action. Daniel leveraged his position to work alongside clients, staff members, key leaders, and stakeholders within the Veterans Health Administration. His work included facilitating employee wellness workshops on facilitating burnout and building adaptability and resilience among teams.
Dr. Lattimore is dedicated to using his research and applied work to advocate for the mental well-being of individuals, groups, organizations, and communities. He currently serves as the Community Domain Chair for American Psychological Association Division 13, the Society of Consulting Psychology. His duties include championing the actions of the division, networking with other consulting professionals, and facilitating regional gatherings for membership. He currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio and enjoys performing sketch comedy, short and long-form improvisation, and the violin from time to time.
